Kink Queens Magazine (“Kink Queens,” “KQ,” “we,” “us”) operates https://www.kinkqueensmagazine.com and related newsletters, shop pages, and social accounts (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The Site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

By using the Site you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, leave the Site.

If we appoint an EU/UK representative, that name and address will be posted here.

2. Information we collect

You give us

Age-gate confirmation (that you are 18+).
Name, email, and message if you subscribe, pitch a story, enter a contest, create an account, or write to us.
Billing name, address, and payment token if you buy a subscription, shop item, or ticket (card numbers are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us in full).
Photos, copy, or other files you submit for publication.
Preferences you set (newsletter topics, cookie choices).

We collect automatically

IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, pages viewed, dates and times.
Cookies and similar identifiers (see Section 6).
Approximate location derived from IP (city/region, not a street address unless you give one).

Others may give us

Advertisers, featured Dominants, studios, and event partners may send names and contacts for listings we publish.
Social platforms if you click through from Instagram, X, or similar.
Analytics and advertising vendors (for example [Google Analytics / Meta Pixel — LIST WHAT YOU ACTUALLY USE]).

We do not ask for government ID at the age-gate unless a future law or payment partner requires it. If that changes, we will say so here.

3. How we use it

To run and secure the Site, including the 18+ gate.
To send issues, drop alerts, and shop notices you asked for.
To process orders and prevent fraud.
To edit, publish, and promote magazine features you submitted or that depict you with consent.
To measure readership and improve the Site.
To show or measure ads (if you have not opted out where the law gives you that right).
To comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping, card-brand rules, tax, and lawful requests.

We do not use your data to train public AI models.

4. Legal bases (if you are in the UK/EEA)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (orders, subscriptions); consent (non-essential cookies, marketing email); legitimate interests (security, analytics, editorial operations); and legal obligation (2257, tax, law enforcement).

5. Sharing

We share information with:

Service providers who host the Site, send email, process payments, store backups, or run analytics — under contracts that limit their use of the data.
Featured creators, advertisers, and shop vendors only when needed to fulfill a request you made (for example a booking inquiry you sent through the Site).
Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect a person from serious harm.
A buyer if the magazine or Site is sold; they must honor this Policy or give you notice.

We do not sell your name or email list to random third-party marketers. If we ever “sell” or “share” personal information as those words are defined under California law (including certain advertising cookies), we will post a Do Not Sell or Share link and honor opt-outs.

6. Cookies

We use:

Strictly necessary cookies for the age-gate, security, and checkout.
Analytics cookies to see which stories are read.
Advertising cookies if we run paid campaigns or sponsored units.

You can block cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may stop the Site from loading past the gate. Where required, a banner will ask for consent before non-essential cookies are set.

7. Age and children’s privacy

The Site is not directed at children. Anyone under 18 must not enter, subscribe, or send us personal information. If you believe a minor has done so, write to contact@kinkqueens.com and we will delete what we can find.

8. How long we keep it

Newsletter records: until you unsubscribe, then a short suppression list so we do not email you again.
Order and invoice records: as long as tax and card-brand rules require (often 7 years).
2257 and performer records: as required by federal law.
Server logs: typically [90 days], unless needed for security.
Editorial archives of published issues may be kept indefinitely as part of the magazine’s record.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures (HTTPS, access limits, processor contracts). No website is perfectly secure. Do not send session details, passwords to other sites, or illegal material through our forms.

10. Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in each message.
Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
If you are in California: request to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/share; we will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights. You may use an authorized agent.
If you are in the UK/EEA: request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests; you may withdraw consent at any time; you may complain to your local data authority.

Send requests to contact@kinkqueens.com. We may need to verify it is you. We will not fulfill a request that would expose another person’s private data or that we are legally required to keep (for example 2257 files).

11. International transfers

The Site is operated from the United States. If you read us from elsewhere, your information is processed in the U.S. and in the countries where our vendors sit. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).

12. Do Not Track

The Site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Use the cookie banner and the controls in Section 10.

13. Third-party sites

Links to a Dominatrix’s own site, a shop checkout, OnlyFans, LoyalFans, or social media are not covered by this Policy. Read theirs.

14. Changes

We will post updates here with a new date. Material changes may also be flagged on the homepage or by email if we have your address.
